Yes, with a Pro account (called "dynamic short URL"):

1. Log in to dashboard.
2. Find the link in My Links.
3. Click edit icon.
4. Change destination URL.
5. Save.

Short URL stays the same — only redirect target changes. Useful for printed QR codes (posters, business cards) and affiliate links where campaign URL changes.
