Editorial Policy — shorturl.in.th
This page describes how we produce, review, and update blog content, including the role of AI in our writing process. Published in alignment with Google's E-E-A-T guidelines.
Who writes here
All articles are produced by the shorturl.in.th editorial team — the people who operate this service directly. Our experience covers URL shortening, QR codes, content marketing, and digital document sharing in the Thai and Southeast Asian markets.
AI in our workflow
We use AI tools (Gemini, Claude, GPT) to draft outlines and check grammar. Every published article is reviewed and approved by a human editor before going live. We do not auto-publish AI-generated content without review.
We use AI for:
- Drafting article structure and outlines
- Grammar and tone checking
- Generating use-case examples for our service
- Translation (Thai ↔ English)
We do NOT use AI to:
- Fabricate statistics or facts without sources
- Write product reviews without first-hand testing
- Create fake personas or fabricated quotes
Fact-checking
When articles cite statistics, data, or official documents, we:
- Link to the original source (e.g., CISA, ETDA, NIST, BLS)
- Include the data date so readers can assess freshness
- Avoid sweeping guarantees like "100%" or "certified" without specific evidence
Updates and corrections
Published articles may be updated for accuracy, freshness, or clarification. We will:
- Update the visible "last updated" date
- Preserve significant changes as a changelog footer when relevant
- Not delete original articles except for legal or policy reasons
Disputes and corrections
If you find an error in any article, please contact us via Help Center or the report form. We respond within 7 business days.
AI crawler permissions
We explicitly allow AI search crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended) to access and cite our content. See robots.txt and llms.txt.
