shorturl.in.th respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects our users to do the same. If you believe content linked or hosted on our service infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request following the procedure below.

Required information

A valid DMCA notice must contain all six elements per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. Full name, address, email, and phone of the copyright owner (or authorized agent)
2. Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. URL on shorturl.in.th that allegedly infringes (e.g., shorturl.in.th/xxxxx or shorturl.in.th/d/xxxxx)
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
6. Signature (electronic OK) of the owner or authorized agent

How to submit

Submit via the /report form, selecting "Copyright (DMCA)" as the violation type and including the information above.

Response times

We will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• Review and execute the takedown (if valid) within 48-72 hours
• Notify the creator whose link is taken down, including the request details (per law)

Counter-Notice

If you believe your link was taken down in error, you may submit a counter-notice under DMCA § 512(g). We will restore the link within 10-14 business days unless the original requester files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

Per DMCA's "repeat infringer" policy, we terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

False claims

Submitting a false DMCA notice is illegal and may result in liability for any resulting damages.
