  • Malware / Viruses — Links or files that install harmful software
  • Adult content — Sexual or explicit content (unless on platforms that legally permit it with proper age gating)
  • Illegal gambling — Links to gambling sites that violate Thai law
  • Copyright infringement — Sharing content without authorization
  • Hate speech / violence — Content inciting violence against any group
  • Doxxing / privacy violations — Sharing personal information without consent
  • Human trafficking, drugs, or terrorism-related content

How to report

  1. Use the /report form
  2. Provide the short URL in question (e.g., shorturl.in.th/xxxxx)
  3. Select the violation type (phishing, malware, adult, copyright, other)
  4. (Optional) Add details to help our review team

Response times

  • Clear phishing / malware: link disabled within 24 hours
  • Adult / Gambling: reviewed and decided within 48 hours
  • Copyright (DMCA): see DMCA page for the formal procedure
  • Other cases: response within 7 business days

Notification and appeals

When we disable a link or remove a document, we email the creator (if they have an account) with the reason. Creators may appeal within 14 days if the action was an error.
